Mike McLoughlin is the founder of Marke†place Mission.

He joined Youth With A Mission in 1993 after a career in small business and spent two years in Zambia where he trained 1,000 people in Biblical principles for small businesses.

He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia and has worked in the voluntary sector as well as operated several small businesses. He lives in Kelowna, BC, Canada with his wife and three children and works as a YWAM volunteer staff person.
