Commit to Job Security. Trust them to do the job.

Staff Price for Products.

Provide a uniform and proper work clothes.

Encourage them in the Christian Faith.

Provide opportunity to learn God's Word.

Provide Recreation. Sponsor a football team.

Win them to Jesus Christ.

Keep them informed about the performance of the business.

Share the responsibility of problem situations.

Create a good working environment. How? Ask them!

Boss shares responsibility for Workplace Tidiness.

Listen; mediate disputes instead of taking sides.

Start a Company Newsletter highlighting employee achievements.

Provide regular performance evaluations.
