Development Organizations that assist the poor to start and develop micro
enterprise with small loans and small business training programs.
- Ethics
in Business Organizations that provide information, links and role models in
business ethics.
- Fellowship Ministries that provide fellowship and encouragement for Christians in the marketplace.
(e.g. Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International is an example of a Marketplace
Fellowship Ministry.)
- Mercy Ministries that exist to minister to the needs of the poor and oppressed through
marketplace activity and resources. (e.g. Mennonite Economic Development Associates
provide training and start up capital for the poor in underdeveloped countries.)
- Role Model Companies that exemplify the Spirit of Christ in the Marketplace through a Christ
Centered Mission Statement and recognized examples of Christ Centred values.
- Missions & Evangelistic Ministries that equip Christians to minister in the marketplace as
missionaries either locally or on a foreign mission field or have as their primary mandate
an evangelistic or missions oriented ministry. (e.g. Youth With A Mission Marketplace
Ministries is an example of a Missions Ministry.)
